Payment Issues & Resolution


Common Payment Issues and solutions

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account:

  • The amount will be auto-refunded within 5-7 working days
  • Contact customer support with transaction ID for faster resolution
  • Keep transaction SMS/email as proof
  • No manual intervention required in most cases

If you're not receiving OTP for card verification:

  • Check your mobile number registered with the bank
  • Ensure your phone has network connectivity
  • Wait for 2-3 minutes before requesting new OTP
  • Contact your bank if issue persists

EMI availability depends on several factors:

  • Minimum order value should be ₹3,000
  • Your card should be EMI enabled by the bank
  • Sufficient credit limit should be available
  • Contact your bank to enable EMI facility

If your UPI payment is showing as pending:

  • Wait for 10-15 minutes for auto-resolution
  • Check UPI app for transaction status
  • If debited, amount will be refunded automatically
  • Contact us with UPI transaction ID if needed
