Returns and Exchanges


15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for unused devices in original condition. Given the sensitive nature of privacy phones and custom configuration, returns are processed carefully to protect all customers.


Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Device must be in delivered condition with minimal signs of use
  • Packaging: Original box, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Configuration: Custom OS and apps can remain installed
  • Timeline: Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Reason: Valid reason required (defect, compatibility issues, etc.)

Exchange Options

  • Different OS: Switch between GrapheneOS, CalyxOS, or e/OS (₹500 reconfiguration fee)
  • Different Model: Upgrade/downgrade to different device (price difference applies)
  • Storage Variant: Change storage capacity if available (price difference applies)
  • Color Change: Subject to availability


Refund Process

  • Contact Support: Call Service Helpline or email support@indiemo.com
  • Return Authorization: Receive RMA number and return instructions
  • Device Pickup: Free pickup arranged from your location
  • Quality Check: 2-3 days for device inspection and testing
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days to original payment method


Non Returnable Items

  • Devices damaged by misuse or negligence
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Custom or personalized configurations (case-by-case basis)
  • Digital-only products (apps, guides, configurations, consultations)
